WIFE. MOM. BOSS.

Hey y'all, it's me, Ashley! I'm just a half-glass-full, 30-something maker mama trying to knock it out of the park raising boys.

I've been in the marketing industry for years. I've written for magazines, corporate blogs, websites, and non-profit organizations. Since becoming a SAHM 3.5 years ago, my side-hustle is strong. (High Five!) I develop social media campaigns on a free lance basis, AND since I'm a mom of two boys, I need something extra girly in my life too - so, I run a door decor wreath business, Gentle Breeze Supply Co. Being a mom is, of course, my most favorite! It's the most important job there is and that's why I want to write!

We're all in this phase of life together, trying to figure it out as we go. Times can be challenging, but they are far more rewarding. So, I hope you find "Her Sea of Blue" a place where you can find peace knowing you're not out there alone. We're a community of strong moms who can support others, brighten the day, lift each other up, give hugs, and bring laughter when things don't go as planned. I want to share the best life has to offer and the nitty-gritty details that make each day a beautiful mashup of crumbly PB&J's, catching lizards and evening walks around the neighborhood. Every single day we hustle, we juggle, we rest in the sweet little kisses, and we pray we're getting it right. Our team, our tribe, our family is home. But mom to mom, we're all in this together. It's so important to love, encourage and cheer each other on. I want to use this platform to do just that - to connect and chat about lifestyle and motherhood.

I'm a mom of two sweet boys with crazy curls. Kohen is 7 and Brody is 4, and "boy" are they BUSY! I spend more time doing their hair than fixing my own, but hey, I've learned to pull myself together pretty quickly these days! My husband and I (we met on a blind date on Valentine's Day in '07) just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary in Curacao! (More about that adventure to come!) I was born and raised in Georgia. I graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL, then moved to Jacksonville, followed by Ft. Lauderdale for a few years. We live here in GA with  our miniature pinscher pup named Piper.

We love the beach and the underwater world. I love everything turquoise. Decorating and fashion is cool, but I'm a boy mom so most of my time is spent playing Hotwheels, Legos, and soccer. I love exploring and doing new things with our little guys. We are always up for adventures! Crafting, building, playing, reading, cooking, and watching them learn through play is the best! I'm also really into fitness and I love that our children understand a healthy lifestyle is important. We are the biggest and best example our kids have, so no pressure, but we better be good ones! God gave us these babies to love and raise in His light. Sometimes I just stare at them and am overwhelmed with LOVE and THANKS, that these precious children are ours. (Heart explodes!) They are our most special blessing and our greatest adventure. These are the days I never want to end and I will soak up every moment I can get!

This is my family. I am one lucky lady! They are my life, my love, and this is our Happily Ever After.
